Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or staying at our property. By confirming a reservation, checking in, or staying at our motel, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Prices and Taxes

All rates are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable local, state, or federal taxes. Prices may vary depending on the season, room type, or promotional offers. Additional charges may apply for extra services, such as late check-out or additional guests.

2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in Time: 3:00PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00AM

Full payment is due at the time of check-in unless otherwise stated. A valid government-issued ID and a credit card or cash deposit are required. Any incidental charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out. Failure to vacate the room by check-out time may result in additional charges.

3. Traveling with Minors

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The motel does not assume responsibility for the supervision of minors.

4. Accessibility or Special Needs

We strive to accommodate guests with disabilities or special needs. If you require accessible facilities or additional assistance, please notify us at the time of booking or as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

5. Parking

Complimentary parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The motel is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or their contents while parked on the premises.

6. Hotel Events

From time to time, the motel may host events or functions. While we aim to minimize disruption to our guests, please be advised that noise or limited access to certain areas may occur during these times.

7. Dispute Resolution / Issues

If you experience any issues during your stay, please notify the front desk immediately. We aim to resolve complaints promptly. In the event a dispute arises, parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing formal legal action.

8. Use of Personal Information

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information may be used to manage your booking, provide services during your stay, and for marketing purposes, unless you opt out.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steinbeck Lodge shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests or their property during their stay. Guests are advised to secure valuables appropriately.

10. Force Majeure

The motel shall not be liable or responsible for failure to perform any of its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, or power outages.

11. Third Party Rights

These Terms and Conditions do not confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than you and Steinbeck .

12. Waiver

Failure by the motel to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision.

13. Severance

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
